I have to do that with Joey too. Sometimes I want to put him back in his cage when he is on his playtop and he acts like a little booger. He will start lunging at my hand, so I start playing with all his toys inside his cage and he runs down so fast to defend them. It is definately a quaker thing. If he can't see his cage, he is mama's boy and is full of love and kisses. If he can see his cage then he can sometimes be a little green piranha.
